This happened during an internship interview with Microsoft. It was my first interview experience. I was not aware that there were behavioral questions too in interviews. So I wasn't expecting such a question.
那是一次微軟的實習(xí)面試，也是我的第一次實習(xí)經(jīng)歷。我并沒有料到面試環(huán)節(jié)里也會有行為測試，所以并沒有想到會遇到這一個問題。
Interviewer: Why should we take you?
面試官：為什么我們要雇傭你？
Me: (Slightly shocked) I thought it's your job to decide.
我：（有點嚇到）我認(rèn)為那是你應(yīng)該考慮的。
Interviewer: {Poker Faced} Let’s continue with the technical questions.
面試官：{撲克臉} 讓我們接著問技術(shù)方面問題。
It may sound rude here, but it wasn't that time. It was just that I was surprised at the question. Every question before this was technical and suddenly he raised this question. It was more an instantaneous reply out of shock.
這句話在這里看起來似乎很無禮，但在當(dāng)時聽起來并不是，我是因為被問題驚到了才這么回答的。之前問的問題都是技術(shù)性問題，但他卻突然提出了這一個問題，以至于我的回答是出于驚嚇的應(yīng)激反應(yīng).

This question was asked to me in my HR interview for Wipro internship. And yes I got selected!!
這一個問題在我威普羅公司實習(xí)面試中被提問過。而且，對！我被錄取了！
HR: why should we hire you?
人力資源經(jīng)理：我們?yōu)槭裁匆蛡蚰悖?/p>
ME: You should hire me because i am a hard working, dedicated person who is interested in your work (project).
我：因為我是個努力、認(rèn)真的人，而且對你們的工作很感興趣。
ME: And there is nothing better than hiring a person who is interested in your work. I will definetly give you results and that what matter at the end of the day.
我：而且顯然沒有什么比雇傭一個對你們工作感興趣的人更好的了。我一定會拿出好的表現(xiàn)，時間會帶來證明。

One of my friend cleared four rounds of a company X and only HR round is remaining.
我一個朋友過了了X公司4關(guān)面試，最終只剩下HR面。
HR asked various questions for 30 mins and is still confused whether to recruit him or not.
HR在30分鐘里提了各種類型問題，而且始終決定不了該不該錄他。
HR: What are you good at?
HR：你擅長什么？
Friend: I am very good at telling lies and that's what I have been doing from half an hour.
我朋友：我非常擅長撒謊，我前面半小時所做的就是這。
And Yes, he is recruited.
結(jié)果，他被錄了。
